Featured work
What we built for our clients — and what it took to get it right.
Each one started as a problem and ended in something the client returns to — a tool, a site, an automation, an analysis. Most took two or three rounds to get right. The first delivery rarely is the right one; it usually makes the next one visible. Refining is included, and we keep going until you have something you’d actually use.

Conference recap site
Hours of conference audio that would have died on a hard drive. We turned them into a living website of decisions, insights, and presentations the cohort still returns to.

Indiana candidates 2026
A primary election with 300+ candidates the voter wouldn't research themselves. We turned it into a ZIP-code-lookup site so any voter could see their own ballot in seconds.

Interview self-evaluation
A PMR consultant wanted to know how well she actually ran her interviews. We scored a quarter of her recordings against her own rubric — timestamped evidence, and the patterns she couldn't see on herself.
Single-shot delivery · rubric → scored self-evaluationSee the work → - Tooling
Cost-controls cockpit
A senior cost-controls engineer asked for Python scripts. We delivered a cockpit instead — a tool she returns to, not a one-off script that drifts.
Single-shot delivery · script → durable cockpitSee the work → - Real estate
HaNadiv 47 investor portfolio
A ₪90M mixed-use development going to French and American investors needed something more than a report. We built a bilingual investor site with live sliders investors could drag in the meeting.
