What we learned: Complete and searchable, but nobody reads raw transcripts. Hours of verbatim text isn't something a community returns to.

What we delivered: Each forum distilled into an overview, presenters and speakers, topics raised, questions asked, and verbatim notable quotes — typeset as branded per-session PDFs.
What we learned: Genuinely useful as documents — but a folder of PDFs is still a folder. There was no single place the cohort could go back to and browse.

Why this landed: The conference stopped being a moment that passed and became a place the cohort returns to. The transcripts and summaries weren't detours — each made the next form possible. The site is where the work finally lived.
